Herman Van Dender takes over the business. In Antwerp, Van Dender laid the academic foundation for his profession as a pastry chef-chocolatier. Internships in Switzerland, France and Japan refined his talented skills.
With his titles as purveyor to the court and chairman of the jury of the World Chocolate Masters 2013, he has proven his craftsmanship and expertise more than once. Herman Van Dender participates in several prestigious national and international competitions and wins six medals in the 'World Cup of Pastry' competition in Lyon, three of them as a candidate and three of them as president of the Belgian candidates.
